Pharmacy Weight Loss Todmorden is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Todmorden and the surrounding area, United Kingdom. To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot be held responsible for medications that are lost or damaged following a successful delivery attempt.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and for patient safety reasons.
If you have a complaint about your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate all complaints fairly and in accordance with our complaints procedure.
